All details are discussed at design stage preventing expensive extras occurring at the end of the project. Advice will be given on quantity and positioning of sockets/switches in line with furniture/room layout and ensuring the correct sizing of MCB’s and cabling is used.

Intercoms

Using only named brands such as Fermax and Tegui, peace of mind is given to the client making the property safe from unwanted visitors.

This allows the client to see or speak with any visitor from an internal handset prior to them leaving their property.

Garden Lighting

Making the idyllic setting in any garden to allow the client to appreciate the area at any time throughout the day. All lighting can be controlled by time clock/switch or remote control giving a stunning effect.

From illuminating a palm tree or water feature, lighting in the BBQ area to LED lighting in steps and patios, this is the finishing touch to any garden.

Lighting and sockets

Many clients require additional sockets throughout their property.

Whether it be in the kitchen or bedroom, change of room layout, I am usually able to match the brand and style of the switch/socket to suit the clients need.

Fault finding

For any electrical fault I offer a no call out charge, any costing will be given to the client before undertaking any work.

It is usual to have faulty wiring, sockets, switches which can be repaired with the minimum inconvenience to the client.
